With the external crossover box, the speaker cabinet back panel is one piece, with a small access panel that is rabbeted on all 4 edges, and has the corresponding 3 connectors/binding posts, or XLR jack installed in it.
It includes all the wood parts to build a pair cabinets, a 1/4” plywood crossover board, and a PDF assembly manual (see the download link below). You will need to purchase the Super Tower Mass Loaded Transmission Line Speaker Build Manual to complete the speakers.
Flat packs will be cut after ordering, and shipped via UPS. Shipping cost will be calculated for your zip code. Sales and shipping are available ONLY in the USA.
Surface options - if you are planning on having the Baltic birch be the finish surface, and you want it to be smooth as possible - you can opt for this. We will inspect each panel for any surface texture flaws that would not smooth after sanding. If you are going to veneer or paint etc, and can fill in occasional random surface defects, then you can opt for this.
PLEASE NOTE - when you place an order for a flat pack, we will cut it as quickly as possible, and do a preliminary dry fitting, and then box it and ship it. If we need to order more Baltic birch, when you order, that will increase the time until we can ship it - so the lead time may be up to 5-6 weeks for your flat pack to be shipped. We will be at Capital Audiofest which is Nov 13-15, plus 3 days of travel and setup for the show. After CAF, the lead time should be shorter.
Thank you for your patience & understanding!
